Regional Director
East Central Region
For the Wyoming Business Council
Reports to Director, Field Operations
Full time position responsible for establishing and maintain a relationship as the primary contact and liaison with local communities, assisting with business leads, business growth, community development and education. Supports, promotes and develops local economic development efforts in Converse, Natrona and Niobrara counties. Maintain regular contact with community leaders and representatives from Economic Development Councils, Chamber of Commerce boards and executives, Downtown Development Authorities, Tourism Board, city councils, county commissioners, local legislators, etc. Provides technical assistance, leadership and organizational support for local government staff. Assist Wyoming entrepreneurs, businesses and industry with start-up, growth and expansion; assist with efforts to recruit new business to the state. Promote workforce development and labor force enhancement in the region; monitors economic trends.
Requirements: BS/BA in business, public administration, communications or related fields preferred. Experience in business, economic development or a related field required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required as well as ability to self-direct time and office activities. Considerable over-night travel required.

Administrative Assistant
Reports to the CFO
Part time regular position responsible for assisting the Accounting & Compliance Division with a variety of administrative responsibilities. Duties include assisting with vendor payment processing, maintaining vendor files to include filing and retrieval, assisting with record archiving and other duties such as correspondence, copying and pickup/delivery of documents from other outside entities.
Requirements: Experience with modern office practices, procedures and equipment. Experience with word processing, spreadsheets and email. Experience assembling, sorting and distributing. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Must have well developed organization skills and strong attention to detail.
