Executive Office
The Executive Office administrates the Wyoming Business Council in the same way a corporation would administer its staff. The Executive Office provides leadership to the Wyoming Business Council.
Accounting & Compliance
The Accounting & Compliance Office processes the vendor payments and cash deposits of the Wyoming Business Council as well as prepares its budgets, financial reports and forecasts. Accounting & Compliance also coordinates the annual financial audit of the Business Council.
Agribusiness
The Agribusiness Division works with agricultural producers to find ways to diversify their income through value-added goods, consumer-ready products and commodities; to sustain ranching and farming operations; to create jobs; to increase competitiveness in the national and international marketplaces; and to stimulate industry growth. The division helps agricultural operators find ways to diversify their income as a way to sustain ranching and farming operations including the production of organic and naturally-grown products; offers marketing programs to increase the exposure of Wyoming’s agriculture industry; and conducts workshops and education programs for agribusiness professionals throughout the state.

Business & Industry
The Business and Industry Division strives to create new and better job opportunities in Wyoming by encouraging new business start-ups, strengthening retention and expansion programs to help existing Wyoming companies, and targeting and recruiting businesses to Wyoming. This division works with local organizations such as economic development groups, chambers of commerce and local government to help build the foundation for economic development.

Investment Ready Communities
The Investment Ready Communities Division works to help Wyoming communities become “business-ready” by administering the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, the Business Ready Communities (BRC) Program and the Community Facilities Grant and Loan Program. This division also works with the Wyoming Rural Development Council to conduct community assessments throughout the state.

Marketing & Public Relations
Marketing and Public Relations facilitates and guides the development of media relations, communications, public relations and interactive marketing for general distribution for the Wyoming Business Council and offers consulting to businesses on marketing, public relations, communications and media relations. Marketing and PR strives to increase the public awareness of the programs of the Wyoming Business Council and its partners locally, regionally and nationally.
