Wyoming Business Council is seeking a Regional Director to cover Sweetwater and Carbon Counties, with the office located in Rock Springs. This person will act as the primary contact and liaison with local governments, organizations, and the business community.
Duties include: facilitating the establishment, retention, and growth of business in the region; partnering with local governments, organizations, and businesses to develop leads and recruitment, Economic Development strategies and infrastructures; and assistance with a variety of issues involved with the stimulation, growth, and diversification of the regional and statewide economy.
Requires a minimum B.A. or B.S. in a related field and excellent communication skills. Experience in Economic Development and related certifications a strong plus. Ability to self-direct time and activity a must.
