Jim Espy

Jim his wife Peggy and son Mike operate a family ranching operation in the Little Snake River Valley of South Central Wyoming. The Mission Statement developed by Peggy and Mike and written on a wall inside of the barn is to produce the highest quality meat possible for our customers, in a holistic and environmentally sound way. Our Angus based cattle are certified natural and are raised without growth hormones or antibiotics and are 100% grass-fed. The ranch has also obtained Humane Handling Certification under the Global Animal Partnership protocols, in addition to the source and age verification.

Jim has Degrees from Casper College and the University of Wyoming, has served as President of the Carbon County Stock Growers, Chairman of the Carbon School District #1 Board of Trustees, and has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Wyoming.
