Kim DeVore is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a founding director of Jonah Bank of Wyoming. Kim began her career in banking during high school through DECA. She has filled almost every role within banking including teller, operations manager, new accounts, cash management, loan assistant, securities sales, lender, compliance officer and various regional management roles. Jonah Bank is her ultimate home as it has been an opportunity to partner in developing a community bank ethically centered on “doing what’s right.” She is honored to work in a culture focused on the community and good old fashioned banking. This culture is credited with her honor of being named the 2015 Wyoming Woman of Influence in the Banking and Finance industry.
Kim’s most important roles in life are wife and mother. She and her husband, Fred, live in Casper, Wyoming and have four grown children, ages 21-26. Both are active in community organizations, as their children have all departed the family home. Kim is proud to be a board member of the Central Wyoming Boys & Girls Club Foundation, the Two Fly Foundation and the Wyoming Business Coalition on Health. She is a champion of actionable and applicable education in Wyoming through the development of WyoTowne at AmeriTowne; a program to teach 5th graders about civic and financial responsibility along with our free enterprise system and their important role in its success. She dedicated four years leading the charge to build The All American Center, the home of WyoTowne, now serving over 1000 Natrona County students this year. The journey to educate every Wyoming elementary school student on the importance of being financially and civically responsible is a priority and is well on its way!
