LEED Certification for Public Buildings
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a voluntary, consensus-based national standard for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings. The Business Council worked with the owners of Wyoming public buildings to achieve LEED Certification. Two public buildings received demonstration funding through the Wyoming Business Council: Big Horn County School District #3 Elementary school and the Laramie County Library.
