Contractors must be EPA lead renovator, repair, and painting certified to remodel buildings built before 1978. This class covers lead-safe work practices to prevent lead contamination including containing the work area, minimizing dust, and cleanup. Participants who successfully complete this class will be EPA certified. Earn eight American Institute of Architects credits.
