Long Term Care Plans
“The Wyoming Business Council (WBC) is accepting applications for planning grants related to existing or proposed long term care facilities.
Funds can be used for providing financial feasibility including operational analysis, market analysis and financing analysis. For the purposes of this planning grant, a long term care facility will be defined as any facility providing long term care services as defined by W.S. 9-2-1302(a)(v), “…any service provided by an assisted living facility, adult day care facility, nursing care facility, personal care agency or other type of service subject to regulation, certification or licensure by the department but not including habilitative care.”
There is no federal funding involved. A one time allocation totaling $125,000 from State of Wyoming General Funds is provided through Enrolled Act 73, a bill passed during the 2009 Legislative Session.”
