The Wyoming Business Council helps build attractive, high quality-of-life communities that have “business ready” infrastructure. Through its Regional Directors, divisions and programs, the Wyoming Business Council helps communities develop physical infrastructure that will help expand existing businesses and attract new ones. These efforts include working with communities on planning, writing grant applications, finding funding sources, and developing attractive communities.
As part of these efforts, the Investment Ready Communities Division helps Wyoming communities by administering the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, the Business Ready Community Grant and Loan Program and the Community Facilities Grant and Loan Program.
