Steve is the Wyoming Business Council’s Director of Field Operations, serves as the East Central Region Director and oversees the other 5 WBC Regional offices located around the state. He is the Regional Director for Natrona, Converse, Niobrara and Platte Counties. Steve is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. He spent 15+ years in the oil business, 10 in refining and 5 in exploration & production. Since that time Steve has served as Director of the Casper College Center of the Wyoming Small Business Development Center network, Vice President of the Casper Area Economic Development Alliance, and worked in a variety of management positions in private industry. Steve joined the Wyoming Business Council in July of 1999. Volunteer positions include terms as President of Frontier CDC, Board Chairman of the Casper Area Economic Development Alliance, President of Casper American Legion Baseball, and service to various church, service, and community organizations.
