Leah is the Director of the Northwest Region based in Powell. She is the Regional Director for Park, Big Horn, Hot Springs and Washakie Counties. Before joining the Wyoming Business Council staff, she was the Executive Director for the Lander Area Chamber of Commerce. Bruscino was born and raised in Laramie, where she attended Laramie High School and graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Following positions with Western Research Institute, USDA Forest Service, and Wyoming Employees Federal Credit Union, she joined the Lander Area Chamber of Commerce in 1994 and became the organization’s Executive Director in 1996. A Certified Economic Developer, Economic Development Finance Professional, certified business counselor and graduate of the Fast Trac business development course, Bruscino is active in several economic development programs, including the Wyoming Economic Development Association (WEDA).
