West Central Region ::

Roger is the Regional Director for the Western Central Regional Office including the Counties of Teton and Fremont. Bower grew up in Washakie County attending Worland High School. He received his undergraduate degree in agriculture economics from the University of Wyoming. Bower has 26 years of experience in the insurance and real estate business. He has served as the chairman of the Washakie Development Association and chairman of the Resource, Conservation and Development Association. Bower served eight years on the City of Worland Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment and has been a member of the Wyoming Association of Realtors.
