ARRA-SEP Residential Renewable:

As of Dec. 10, 2009 the $2,244,000 allocated for these grants has been obligated but not yet under legal grant agreements. A waiting list has been created. The program will continue to take applications and place applicants on this waiting list. In the event that obligated funds do not result in legal grant agreements or that projects are not completed then funds will be re-obligated per the waiting list.

If you submitted an application prior to Dec. 10, 2009 then you will be receiving a grant agreement through the mail. That grant agreement must be reviewed, signed and returned within 30 days from the date of the cover letter which will accompany the grant agreement. Once returned, the Wyoming Business Council will have final signature at which point the agreement will be fully executed.

NOTE: Do not proceed with any work or enter into contracts with a contractor until the grant agreement is fully executed. Because of the overwhelming response to this program, please be patient in the receipt of your grant agreement.
