Business plan workshop & chance to present to investors will be May 12
LARAMIE – Learn how to market your business plan at a workshop or present your business plan to investors at two Venture West events being held on May 12 in Laramie.
The workshop ”Maturing Your Business Plan to Attract Investors and Grow a Company” will be held from 3 pm - 5 pm at the Howard Johnson’s in Laramie. During the workshop, Heath Van Eaton will discuss the before and after versions of his business plan which successfully received investor financing. He is the founder and president of Heartland BioComposites, which will manufacture composite wood-substitute products. The cost of the workshop is $10 for members and students and $20 for nonmembers.
The third annual Entrepreneurial Pitch will be held from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm at the same location. During the pitch, entrepreneurs will present their business plans to a panel of investors, getting immediate feedback. The cost is $30 for members and students and $40 for nonmembers.
