State Energy Program grants are still available

CHEYENNE – Wyoming school districts and communities may apply for five remaining energy grants from the State Energy Program before June 15.

The program has three $2000 school exit light grants available for school districts. The grants are on a first-come, first-served basis for schools to purchase and install energy-efficient exit lights.

In addition, the program has two $2000 high-efficiency traffic light grants available for communities. The grants are used to install high-efficiency, long-life LED, city-owned traffic lights.

Wyoming school districts and communities are welcome to apply even if they have already received a grant.

For more information, contact Dale Hoffman, State Energy Program, at 307.777.2805 or Tom Fuller, State Energy Program, at 307.777.2804.

The mission of the Wyoming Business Council is to facilitate the economic growth of Wyoming. For more information, please visit the Web site at www.wyomingbusiness.org.
