Business Council offers Wyoming companies booth space at
International Sportsman’s Expo
CHEYENNE – Wyoming Outdoor product manufacturers are encouraged to join the Wyoming Business Council at the International Sportsman’s Expos in Denver and Salt Lake City this winter.
The Expos, now in their 31st year, are open to both wholesalers as well as the general public and are considered the premier travel, fishing, hunting, camping and outdoor sports shows in the country. The Expo boasts a clientele in which two-thirds of the households attending make over $50,000 a year and event organizers pump an average of at least $120,000 into promotion of each individual event.
The Wyoming Business Council has secured exhibition booth space at both the Salt Lake and Denver expos and is giving the opportunity to Wyoming outdoor companies to reserve space at a reduced rate. A 5x10 space in the Wyoming booth costs $250, while a 10x10 can be secured for $500. Company representatives are required to be present during the event.
“This is a great opportunity for outdoor companies in Wyoming to show off their products at an event where they can sell face-to-face with the public or meet with wholesalers,” said Business Council Senior Marketing and Attraction Specialist Annie Wood.
The show in Denver will be held Jan. 25-28 at the Denver Convention Center, while the Salt Lake show runs March 15-18 in the South Town Expo Center. A deadline for applications to join the Business Council at either show is Nov. 15.
