Welcome to www.wyomingsites.com, the Wyoming Business Councils website that showcases available commercial properties around Wyoming.

This site is free to you and was developed to help companies interested in relocating or expanding to Wyoming find properties that match their needs, and to give Wyoming communities an additional place to market their commercial sites.

The new www.wyomingsites.com uses Geographical Information System (GIS) technology to help increase capabilities for mapping and property comparisons, as well as to paint a more complete picture to prospects about Wyoming available commercial properties for business purposes.

Not only will www.wyomingsites.com help market our state’s available properties, it will also help the state’s local economic developers better match the needs of site selectors who often check websites for available property and community information.

Information may be loaded through a one-time data feed or an ongoing property data feed. Once properties are loaded, realtors have administrative capabilities to manage them. Renewal notices for properties are sent every 30, 60, and 90 days.

To start uploading your properties, visit www.wyomingsites.com, and click on “Add Properties.” Click on “Access Request” and fill out the short contact form. When your information is approved, you’ll be notified by email, and can begin entering your properties in to the system.
