The Wyoming Business Council offers rural development grants and loans to organizations that serve three purposes:
Leadership Development: leadership training, education, networking and mentoring opportunities for Wyoming agricultural producers and agribusinesses, as well as youth opportunities to encourage greater involvement in production agriculture and agribusiness careers
Community development: programs intended to improve conditions of ranchers and rural residents
Value-added agriculture development: value-added opportunities for agriculture through loans for processing and packaging agricultural commodities.
These grants and loans are made possible through the Rural Rehabilitation Fund, administered by the Wyoming Business Council, with oversight by the USDA-Farm Service Agency.
