Live Streaming Audio

The Wyoming Business Council Board of Directors will meet at 8:30 a.m. on December 6 in Cheyenne. Anyone wishing to listen to the meeting may do so through a streaming audio feed provided by the Wyoming Business Council.

The meeting access number will not work until 8 a.m. on December 6, 2007. You may need to download software in order to access the meeting. Please check if your system is able to access the live feed before the meeting.

ACCESS THE LIVE FEED On December 6:

1. Visit:The meeting room web site or call toll free 1-866-462-0164.
2. Enter the Meeting Number: *4763558* (Be sure to enter the * star key before and after the Meeting Number)
3. Click “Join as a participant”
4. The computer will do a software search to ensure you have an updated copy of Java on your computer. If you have Java go to step “5”. To download Java software, follow the steps below. It will take several minutes to download, depending upon your connection
   • Visit http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
   • Click on “Manual Download”
   • A window will pop up. “Click save to your desktop”
   • Click “Run”
   • Verify Installation.
   • Return to https://lobby.mc.iconf.net/gcc/conferencing/partaccess.asp?bi=&ba=6 and  redo Steps 1-4 and then go to step 5
5. Enter your name; select “Listen only” and click then “Join Meeting”
6. Click “Audio Connection”, which is located on the lower left-hand side of your screen. This will open a box on the lower part of the screen.
7. Click “Option A: VoIP SoftPhone” You will have to download VoIP software in order to listen online. This will take about a minute.
8. After the software is downloaded, it will take less than minute for the audio to activate.

Browser, Computer and Network Requirements for Participants

1. Computer: 400MHz or equivalent with 32 MB RAM Operating System: Windows 2000 or XP
2. Network: Internet connection of 56kbps minimum for application sharing; 128kbps for broadcasting video
3. Browser:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher
• Java, JavaScript, and session cookies must be enabled.
• Java Virtual Machine
• Sun Java Virtual Machine version 1.4.2_02. Beta versions of Sun Java Virtual Machine are not supported.
• Microsoft Java Virtual Machine build 3810 or later
