The Wyoming Business Council is overseen by a 15-member Board of Directors. Governor Mark Gordon serves as a co-chair of the board and appoints members for up to two three-year terms. Meet the board and find out details about the next meeting.
Among the Board's duties is the recommendation of Business Ready Community (BRC) grants and loans. These BRC projects are recommended to the State Loan and Investment Board (SLIB) for final approval. The SLIB comprises the five statewide elected officials.
In addition, the Wyoming Legislature has also created three advisory councils to assist the Business Council board in its purpose of creating new opportunities for current and future generations.
